Week 1 Notes: I had a great week. I did not miss any workouts and I was able to get in all my meals. One thing I did different this week than I have done in the past is. I ate six small meals all consisting of real food. No RTD's or RTE bars. I averaged 1830 cals per day with 48% from protein, 30% from carbs and 22% from fat. This seemd to work for me because I lost 5lbs in one week. On to week 2.

Week 2 Notes: Dead on this week again. Scale weight did not go down that much but That doesn't bother me.

Week 3 Notes: I am to the point where I start to crave good food every 3 hours. My eating has been dead on and I have not missed a workout yet. My scale weight is not dropping that fast but the inches are changing on my body. I truly think that if I were a scale whore I would have given up by now. I am glad I am not a scale whore lol. I have to say that being in this little tracker challenge has given me that extra motivation to push harder than I have in the past. Their are so many great transformations taking place that I have to be on my game to even compete. I will be posting 3 week pictures later today.

Week 7 Notes: I feel great. Weight went up a bit but BF % and measurements went in the right direction. I am very happy with my pictures this week I think they show some good progress. Happy but not satisfied. Now I need to really start working on the abs coming out. Edit 4/16/2007: This is my start week for Team Asylum training.

Week 8 Notes: I had a great week. Things are really starting to progress for me. The only problem I have had with the eating lately is getting in that 6th meal. Lower back has been giving me some pain lately I just need to strengthen my core up and it will go away.

Week 10 Notes: Had a great week. I did get a little kink in my lower back doing seated rows but it is starting to feel much better and has not hampered any of my workouts. I need to strengthen that core so I do not run into this problem anymore. I ran 2 miles in 15:09 today Sunday 5/6/2007 at the local track. I will do it again in 2 weeks and see how much I can improve:)

Week 12 Notes: I tracked my BF% on the Navy site all challenge so that is what I am going with. I did calculate it on fittogether.net site and it said 14.51% Not sure which one is more accurate. I would like to thank my team Asylum friends for helping me stay focused during this challenge. I am now onto the next challenge. this one I am gonna concentrate on getting those Bluepulse abs I want;) I will be posting final pictures shortly

Week 5 Notes: I did something to the back of my knee on Monday Jan 30th. I have been trying to rest it cause I am getting old. If it is not better by this Monday I am going to get it checked out. I really hope it is not serious cause I love running and that would be a bummer. Fri 2/22/08 I went to the Ortho and apparantly I had a level 2 hamstring stain. All I know is it hurt like HeLL. I have gonr to Physical therapy and am feeling much better. I think I can start back on the treadmill by Monday and just take it slow at first.

Week 7 Notes: Still struggling with this damn Hamstring injury. PT seems to be helping and I was able walk on the treadmill for a couple miles pain free today. I think I am going to try to start light jogging on wed. Darla and I did go to the running store and they film your feet while you jog or run to see if you over or under pronate. Then they recommend the right shoe for you. The new shoes I got really seemed to help today while I was walking. We will se what happens.
