Gains Weight:
Evenly distributed over my body.
Lifestyle (prior to program):
Heavy aerobics/weights several times per week.
Background: Fifth Challenge..now that I have really dropped alot of the fat on my body, it time to try to add some lean muscle mass.
Goals: Lose 10 # fat, gain 10-15# muscle Supposedly "old" guys can't build muscle...bull pucky!
