Week 8 Notes: This was a down week, emotionally and eating wise. Happy to say I've been lifted out of that and am knuckling down for the week ahead.

Week 10 Notes: agghhh this is a long slow process - have ditched the free days in favour of a couple of free meals, and tweaked the diet - increased calories, changed around carbs and at least the weight has moved a little. Next step is to add extra cardio - two weeks until the end of team challenge and afraid to say not much has happened bodywise.
