Gains Weight:
Mostly gained in my legs and hips.
Lifestyle (prior to program):
Moderate exercise several times per week.
Background: I started BFL over 5 years ago when my then boyfriend gave me the book. I did BFL while continuing to drink and smoke.. and honestly had really good results. I chilled for quite sometime after and fell out of shape. So, October of 07 i did it all again but this time without drinking (still smoked) and had better results ;) Fast forward to the present.. I have recently ended a relationship, moved across the country several times, totaled my car and.....quit smoking! so, it's time to take back my life and love myself.
Goals: I don't do scales (as a measure of my fitness) so my goals are: 1. Wear a bathing suit in public (without shorts) on June 1st. 2. Run a 5k in May 3. Get my photos taken professionally in May. Still need to measure my body fat to set those goals properly.
