2 minutes!! What the heck can be done in 2 minutes!!
The Lord spoke to me because of your prayer. The Lord told me to stop overhead lifts, and run. Run like the wind White Ink the Lord commanded! Oh no blasphemy, the road to a half marathon will now be covered with locust. Dropped the swimming idea, thinking the Lord will surely drown me.
Squats in AM and plan to run in PM. Clean house in between. Can you pray some more letting the Lord know I’m with you and “with the band”/I am okay.

Haha....ok ink! I will pray some more for you. So, a half marathon might be in your future? Sounds intriguing....any particular race in mind? You have been getting in some awesome workouts this weekend!
Well....2 minutes sounds kind of lame....but I am doing what the PT said to do. I would rather be cautious then have to stop and backtrack. Well gotta go. Back tomorrow! Forgot to say I did PT on my leg today and ran 2 minutes slow, and 28 minutes of other cardio.

Hahaha.....you have me laughing again! I agree with the guys. You are super fit! Whatever you are doing is working.
I did an UBWO and ran a whole 3 minutes at a slow pace. The strength workout was the hardest one I have done this year, so I should be sore tomorrow. It sure felt good to get my heart rate up and to actually sweat.

I sure have a lot of experience in the Gym. All the treadmills were in use, all the elliptical, and some of the stationary bikes. The weight section was also well attended. The point is – on the cardio machines, I think I was the only one sweating. Perhaps the “fat burn” is not understood by the masses. Another work out in the books and the heart is singing thank you Mr. Ink for the torture. And another entry in Snail's Pace.

I did PT today. It went well. I am feeling stronger. Gotta go. Be back tomorrow.

Ink- I ran 2 laps on an indoor Track during PT on Tuesday. Tuesday night I stepped on a doggy treat and now I have pain in my foot when I walk. I am hoping it is just a bruise. So, I didn't w/0 yesterday and no run today. I had PT again today. I am hoping my foot heals soon. Good workouts ink!

2 laps! Did the Earth Shake and the heavens roar?
Foot pain is a hard one for me to deal with, hope you have better success.
