Morning girls!  Where the heck are you people?

I think I saw Elle say something about a food callout for today... so... FOOD CALLOUT.

I fell head first into a bag of Nacho Cheese doritos yesterday... hangovers do that to me.  So not only did I feel bad b/c of the hangover, but then I loaded a bunch of carbs and processed chemicals on TOP of that.  Go me.

M1 - three eggs cooked in coconut oil

M2 - not sure, did not plan anything.  Grrrr.

M3/4/5 - on the fly... I'll figure something out

But... on the plus side I am drinking a TON of water to flush all the toxins out.  Will be doing this all week.

Later chicas!  Happy Monday!

I am enough.

Oh, man, I thought that was just for Pam

That's okay, it's heck week here anyway - performances Fri & Sat so I have to be "Last Chance W/o" serious till then!  I got back to my old friend Bowflex this a.m. for a chest/back/abs w/o and for good measure, I threw in 30 sec of jump rope betw each set  -- GGGRRRRRRRRR!!  (that's my BBS&S growl)

M1: 1/3 c oats, 1/3 c almond/coconut milk, unsweetened, 2 tbsp nf greek yog, 1/4 c bloobs, 1 scoop pro powd.

M2: fasting lunch (staff mtg, then we're doing a prayer walk, then another mtg for Easter play)

M3: (pre ellipt, I hope) smoothie w/ p.p., frozen trop fruit, greens powder

M4: lean pork chop, br rice, broccoli or some other veggie

M5: 1/2 c kashi go lean, 1/2 c almond/coco milk

The weekend went pretty well eats-wise.  We went to a friend's for dinner & it was pretty bfl-friendly & no dessert.  I just ate more than I should have, but I was figuring that for free day so that's much better than usual.  Yesterday I made cupcakes for choir practice & didn't lick the bowl or anything!  I brought the leftovers home & still didn't have any.  Again, I ate a little more than I have been on my non-free-days, but nothing I'm unhappy about.  Now to be not only squeaky clean, but the right portions too -- that's the plan for this week.

Hi Beth, sorry about the hangover & the post-hangover  I'll have to try the eggs/ coconut oil.  P saw some info on coco oil & wants to try that so I'll tell him to cook his eggs like that!

Re: P -- the platelets are not good (45,000-ish; 140,000 is the low end of normal).  He also went to the ortho guy b/c his hip is killing him.  The doc couldn't believe that P could get around w/o a walker, it's so bad!  He wants to do surg but that's not going to happen until the platelets come up b/c bleeding out is a strong possibility at this point.  So, the blood doc said that he can do some IV therapy to temporarily raise the platelets so he can have the surg.  He also told P that he can go ahead & do the things he wants, just be careful.  So he's on the bike but I make him wear his leather jacket for protection (he always wears a helmet).

Mr F is doing okay. I always tell people, "he has cancer, a demanding job, & 4 kids -- do the math " He has a PET scan next month to see if the cancer is increasing or holding steady.  He's also planning his fishing trip

Gotta go, I'm late!

I worked out. It was pretty good. I should feel pain tomorrow.

All I've had to eat so far is no yolk noodles with ground turkey/celery/mushroom sauce on top.

Pam, good job getting back on the good eats train!

Ooh, Michelle, that M6 sounds good!!  We adore you too ♥

Had my shake with Diet Dew - I had to do something to make up for the taste of that greens powder!  I need to get some more, and it won't be that brand!  EEEWWWW.
