M2 was actually a couple of handfuls of almonds.

M3 is a blueberry pro shake  (Yum!)

I think that is all for today.  Home from dentist, then off to Scouts.  (No cavities for C, but braces are in our future... oh joy)

M: 2 lite string cheese, 2 clementines

M: choc banana protein smoothie

M: tilapia w spaghetti squash and steamed broc/caul

I ended up sticking to the plan, although I had 12 almonds (I do count them ) before dinner and munched on some raw carrots too.  The veggies at dinner were yummy grilled zucchini & green pepper  I also added 45min on the elliptical.  That's why I needed to munch b4 dinner, I was pretty low blood sugar at that point. It was worth it though, the cal's burned on the elliptical were many more than those carrots!
