I wanted to thank everyone again for their prayers and support. You guys are all awesome and have been a tremendous support to me. Thank you.

I finished my BFL challenge this past Sunday. No workouts for the last few days (recovery has been more difficult than I thought, for some reason I thought it would be pain free. DUH!) Anyway - I still ate clean for the most part and have given myself a pat on the back. Would like to post after pic but when I go to Tracker from home computer - we end up getting all these pop ups (once i"m out of it) and DH isn't wanting me to go to Tracker on home computer anymore. So - not sure how I can get my pic on. I might take it anyway and keep it - could always poat later maybe. Just keeping it real.

Anyway - take care my lovelies! You guys are AWESOME !!

I am feeling a bit better but not much. Did not workout yesterday. Will try to do some weights this evening if I can get up the energy to uncover my weight bench. I just throw clothes on that thing lately. Darth is coming tomorrow so I have to clean my desk and we were all told to dress up. Oh Gak!!!!!!!! For our execution? WTH????

I need to rush to Walgreens and get some drugs, man!!

Ok, kids on the bus, I will check back later when I'm drugged up and feeling a bit better. It is raining here and very gloomy. Oh yes, and I get my first knee injection on Friday morning. Again, it is sad when you would glady take needles in the knee rather than be at work.

Sorry I am MIA last few days--getting that flu last week set me back--really busy at work and then have something going almost every night this week--almost 9pm here and just home now--and I am beat--did swim yesterday--but was so drained from the flu --only did 26 links.

Bettie--fingers crossed--waiting to hear --love you!!

Jules--Oh how I hate colds--cause that means sinus infections etc etc--hope you are doing a little better by tomorrow.
