"The food you eat can be either the safest and most powerful form of medicine or the slowest form of poison.” ~ Dr. Ann Wigmore:
Morning Erika - Bootcamp DONE.
I told the teacher that is is a good thing you don't know what she is planning at 5:00 AM, cause I would have stayed in bed. TONS of core work, planks going from knees to feet, planks jumping your feet in and out, PLANKS PLANKS PLANKS. She said give yourself some pep talk if you need to....I'm thinkin' you don't want to hear the talk that is going on in my head. It would involve a lot of beep beep beep &%$%!
Yesterdays food - - -
M3 - banana w/ CC and cinnamon
M4 - Lasagna without the noodles. I was making Lasagna and had leftovers, so I put it in a bowl and heated it up. Pretty good. Funny cause my Lasagna did turn out really soupy and I put it in bowls for dinner. Everyone liked it, so whatever works. I made 4 pans, so filling the freezer again.
M5 - bar
M6 - Lasagna soup with green beans and carrots, couple orange slices.
Water I was way low. Maybe 60 ounces, 2 diet cokes.

Oh, since you finished posting your meals, I will too m5 was what I planned at Culvers, but add in 10 french fries drowned in ketchup. Not good. Water was about 50 oz--low for the day too I had a tossing and turning kind of night, so feeling a bit tired. Planks suck--so you are a rockstar for doing that many of them!! And your freezer is s t o c k e d!

Love this quote! That is great, and I truely believe that!
I've never been to zumba. I have 2 left feet and would be much better off doing this in the privacy of my own home!
Fies, oh they are crack to me. I just try to stay away, except sweet pot fries which i made for dinner lastnight. Healthy and yummy!
Yesterday: excelent LBWO and was able to leg press 270# 6X for 2 reps. Suprisingly, not too sore today.
food: M1 3 egg whites, 1/2 cup oats
m2: protein shake and 1/2 protein bar
M3: stirfry and an apple
M4: protein shake
M5: grilled chicken, ceasar salad (1T light Gerards dressing) and sweet pot fries.
Today is UBWO. Going to lunch with DH, so a salad for me!
From yesterday: Conni, i make my stir fry with 1.5 # browned ground turkey meat. I then saute a bag of broccoli slaw (my new love), nappa cabbage, garlic and sliced mushrooms in about 2T of sesame oil and 1T of peanut butter. season with low sodium soy. I LOVE this stuff!!!

Morning girls! Kick It done!
Man I am so stinking sore! I have major DOMS....I do have to tell you that starting over really sucks. I hate being this sore. I like when I am a little sore but not being able to walk or sit on the pot is for the birds.
Time for me to get my meals under control. This weeks goal is to complete 3 workouts and sleep sleep the best that I can. Next week will start utilizing My Fitness Pal.
Erika one of the girls in my office just joined weight watchers. How many points do you get and how do they figure how many each person gets. She gets 26 a day.
Nicole I am not a plank fan either but they do work. Body pump ends with plank doing many different kinds of plank.
Conni did you get that jello yet that you have been craving?
FW #270 AWESOME! Way to go girl! What week are you on? Seeing any results yet?
So I donated blood for the first time in my life this week. Wasn't bad at all so if you want to help save a life donate. January is National Blood Donor month. I can become a platelit donor too which I guess is better for donating because they put your red cells back into your body. Mamogram scheduled for tomorrow. Do you have all your appointments for your girly stuff scheduled this year?

Morning Glams! Ok food was off a bit but not horrible. I was feeling very ill yesterday afternoon so I had some extra food and it was chocolate. Cal was only off by about 500 which just means no progress yesterday, at least I did not sink myself with 1500 of fast food. Food is packed and I think the issue yesteray was I am eating my lunch at the same time every day (or close it was 30 min late yesterday) but the morning meal has been getting eariler everyday and is now at about 6:30 so the 6 hours (yesterday was almost 7) between meals is causing me to boink / crash a bit. I am going to try throwing in a yogurt at 10ish and see if that makes the difference. I will guess does not help the morning meal is a shake but in just 9 days I can see such a difference and I am trying to keep it up for 28 days till I change things up a bit. work time I will be back later

Erika - WHEN I get better fully I want to try zumba. Back in the 90's I did Jazzersize & LOVED it! I'm thinking with zumba being a dance type class I'll like it. I love Culvers FF so wtg stopping at 10. Its crazy but since my 1st transplant I don't really care for ketchup unless I mix it with mayo Its like the ketchup only is too acidic
Nicole - I used to feel that way going into the Summitt Class thinking IF I knew what we were going to do I wouldn't be going I can't wait to get home & start prepping food & stocking my freezer & frig again. The lasagna without noodles sounds AWESOME! The funny thing is when I can eat again I can have the noodles but not the sauce! I can only have pasta with a pat of butter which doesn't sound good UNLESS its spaghetti squash with butter & parm. cheese yummy!
Dee - I too hate starting DOMS! I remember being very happy for the handicap bar at work in the bathrooms Don't overdo yourself though. You'll get your food back in order in no time at all I'm sure!
FW - thanks for the recipe. I too love broccoli slaw! Impressive with the leg presses! Your food looks really good. Heck all food is looking good lately Are you still enjoying your outdoor kitchen? That was you that got a new outdoor kitchen right?
Kyra - No matter what do NOT give into the fastfood! Giving into chocolate is bad enough, what would your coach at the ranch say? That's a lot of $ to just throw away if you're not going to follow the rules! You can & will get through this!
I guess because I can't have anything I really am craving healthy food. I guess that's a great thing because I could be craving bad foods but I'm not. I really want some healthy food.
They started me on a low-dose morphine drip to try to slow the cramping & diarrhea so that maybe by next week I'll get my beloved Jello
